Tenant Fees ( see below)
Before the tenancy starts Whitehouse Residential will charge .
Holding Deposit : 1 weeks rent ( maximum ).
Dilapidations Deposit : (a maximum deposit of 5 weeks' rent for annual rent below £50,000, or 6 weeks' rent for annual rental of £50,000 and above);
Tenant Fees during tenancy ( see below)
Any tenant wishing to break their contract early can only do so with the permission of their landlord . A fee equivalent to cover the landlords costs of remarketing the property will be payable to Whitehouse Residential .
£50.00 incl VAT charge if a tenant wants to change/amend the tenancy .
For lost keys an admin charge £15.00 incl VAT will be charged plus the cost of replacement keys.
Interest may be charged on late rental payments where rent is not received after 14 days of it being due. The charge is limited to 3% above Bank of England base rate prevailing at the time .
Tenants are responsible for council tax payments.
Tenants are responsible for payments for utilities , TV licence , broadband , cable etc.
Whitehouse Residential are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme and our Client Money Protection is with Propertymark.

Let only service : 8.2% (including VAT )
Rent Collection service : 10.8% (including VAT)
Full Management service : 13.2% (including VAT)
(Our commission to landlords will remain the same on all renewals irrespective of service) .
We are happy to take our commission monthly on the rent collection and full management service and do not charge extra for this.
We are authorised to hold tenants deposits as members of The Dispute Service .
The fee we charge to landlords for this service is:
£66.00 including VAT per year ( Rent collection and Let only service)
£30.00 including VAT per year ( Full management service)
Inventory fees :
(1 bedroom flat £66.00 inc VAT ) (2 bedroom flat £78.00 inc VAT) (3 Bedroom flat £ 102.00 inc VAT)
(1 bedroom house £78.00 inc VAT) ( 2 bedroom house £96.00 inc VAT) ( 3 bedroom house £120.00 inc VAT )
( 4 bedroom House £150.00 inc VAT) ( 5+ Bedroom House £ 180.00 inc VAT )
Gas certificates are charged at £102.00 including VAT and are valid for one year.
Energy performance certificates are charged at £102.00 including VAT and are valid for 10 years.
Additional visits to check the property for the landlord £30 including VAT .
Fees for renegotation of and settlement of insurance claims will be 12% inc VAT of the final amount agreed.
