Finding and moving your tenants in

Once we have your instructions to market the property we will arrange for the particulars to be drawn up in order to email them to our database of waiting tenants and local companies.

All viewings are accompanied by one of our Lettings Team and once the rental price has been agreed we will take up references on the prospective tenants to ensure that we have found the right people to rent your property.

The Tenancy Agreement is then drawn up detailing the terms of the contract with the Tenant. Once both parties have signed the Agreement and the first month’s rent and deposit is in place the Tenant will move in.
